Project governance included data mapping and consolidation rules, incremental delta load processes, and change propagation workflows to maintain master record integrity, with project management spanning November 2018 to December 2019. The deployment explicitly aimed to provision unified Master Record profiles and to deliver new self-service and client engagement functionality through Dynamics ATS and Dynamics 365.
