In 2012, NICHIDEN Corporation deployed USAC Auto Job Master from USAC System under the Robotic Process Automation category to automate EDI-based order processing and associated back-office operations. The project targeted high volume daily order flows and routine document handling across multiple locations in Japan, centralizing repetitive data entry and outbound communications for order management.
NICHIDEN implemented Auto Job Nadeshiko for automated job sequencing and Auto Mail Nadeshiko for outbound document and mail handling as functional components of USAC Auto Job Master. Configuration emphasized unattended batch processing and rule based EDI message handling with exception routing and automated mail dispatch to reduce manual intervention in order processing and related back-office tasks.
Operational scope covered order processing and back office teams across multiple sites, with RPA bots maintained in production since 2012 as a long term operational capability. The ongoing USAC Auto Job Master operation has continued to deliver efficiency gains, reporting more than 6,000 hours saved over the past two years.
