In 2023 Technosoft Automotive implemented Technosoft CRM across Nissan Philippines' dealer network using its Yana platform. Technosoft CRM is a CRM application deployed on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and was provisioned by vendor Technosoft Solutions to centralize customer and dealer data and workflows. The deployment targeted dealer operations and customer engagement across Nissan Philippines' network of dealers. The implementation emphasized CRM and DMS modules, combining customer relationship management capabilities with dealer management system functions and digital marketing orchestration. Configuration included shared master data, event driven near real time data flows and Power BI dashboards that surface transactional and customer signals for dealers and corporate users. Technosoft CRM was integrated with Nissan Philippines' DMS, NSC ERP and digital marketing systems to create unified transaction and customer histories across the dealer network. The solution delivered Power BI dashboards and near real time synchronization to support dealer sales, aftersales service and customer experience teams. Rollout and implementation services were executed by Technosoft Automotive with the Technosoft Solutions platform providing the application layer. Governance focused on centralized data orchestration and dealer level configuration controls to standardize workflows and reporting across dealers. The project delivered near real time data flow and Power BI driven reporting that improved dealer operations and customer experience as reported in the project summary.
