Operational governance was restructured to centralize incident registration and enforce standardized response workflows, assigning roles to store staff and central operations teams for escalation and closure. Training and phased adoption during the short rollout focused on ticket handling, status updates, and escalation protocols to embed new customer-service procedures. The Chile deployment delivered large operational gains as reported by the customer, including approximately 90% reduction in customer response time and approximately 60% increase in NPS goal achievement. These outcomes were recorded following the Frogmi Task Management implementation and the rapid store-level rollout.
