The system enforces a consistent set of expert-defined criteria for research design, participant recruitment methods, informed consent documentation, and supporting scientific evidence, which standardizes review checkpoints and reduces manual proofreading overhead. Outcomes stated by NMRC include reducing initial data verification from weeks to minutes and shortening the complete approval cycle from several months to five to ten business days, faster feedback reduces resubmission delays when over 35 percent of applications require revisions. The solution is also presented as applicable to other document-intensive sectors such as banking, insurance, and government for multi-page document processing, while continuing to support faster patient access to new drugs, devices, and treatment methods when clinical trial approvals are accelerated.
