In 2018, NOCO Energy Corp. implemented PDI ERP to administer Retail Management across its 38-store chain in Western and Central New York. The deployment centralized ERP administration for Express, Accounting, Fuels and Dealer business functions and targeted fuel and convenience retail operations under a single software footprint.
The PDI Enterprise software suite was configured to support point of sale, backoffice and network-facing components, with the retail systems administrator responsible for support and development of POS, network and backoffice systems. Functional capabilities managed through PDI ERP included accounting workflows, fuel transaction processing, express store sales operations and dealer account administration consistent with a Retail Management platform.
The retail systems administrator held Gilbarco Passport and NCR Radiant POS certifications and supervised Support Technicians while working closely with the IT Department Infrastructure Team. PDI ERP operated alongside Gilbarco Passport and NCR Radiant POS systems in-store, and the combined stack was supported around the clock to maintain retail continuity across Western and Central New York.
Governance was organized through the Retail Systems Administrator / Support Supervisor role, which centralized ERP administration for the Express, Accounting, Fuels and Dealer divisions and directed day-to-day support workflows. This structure aligned system administration, network operations and POS support under a single operational leader, positioning PDI ERP as the core Retail Management system for NOCO Energy Corp.
