Scalability and flexibility were explicit selection criteria, with Nomura Trading prioritizing a package that could be extended and reconfigured as product variety and operational requirements expanded. Project governance emphasized a single vendor model, with FutureOne providing consistent project management from proposal through development and ongoing support and maintenance. The implementation team executed site verification and reconciliation work in both Tokyo and Osaka, addressing data mismatches and revised account structures under a compressed timeline through coordinated verification, bug tracking, and rapid remediation. Post go live governance established regular meetings between Nomura Trading and FutureOne to triage issues, prioritize fixes, and stage functional improvements, enabling iterative enhancements rather than fixed specifications. The program completed successfully and InfiniOne ERP entered production, where it is used across the company daily, with a roadmap for continued joint improvement over the next several years.
