Governance changes included standardized clinical recording expectations and a phased training and rollout approach for ward clinicians and bed management staff. Post-deployment the Trust reported higher compliance with clinical recording, an 18% reduction in 'ready for discharge' patients and estimated annual bed-day savings of approximately £289,000. |
