In 2018, Normatel implemented SYDLE One as its Web Content Management application. The deployment was led from the company Process Office, which performs process analysis and improvement and maintains a portfolio of leading edge solutions including BPMO Sydle One, R.A.P. and Chatbot, positioning Normatel as a reference in innovation within the organization.
SYDLE One was configured to support core Web Content Management capabilities such as content authoring, content lifecycle orchestration, workflow automation and approval routing, aligned to the Process Office’s process improvement mandate. Implementation work emphasized configurable content workflows and automation for repeatable publishing and governance tasks, enabling the Process Office to standardize content operations and procedural artifacts.
Integrations were explicitly aligned to the Process Office portfolio, with SYDLE One operating alongside R.A.P. and a Chatbot implementation to streamline content-driven interactions and automate routine approvals and notifications. Operational scope focused on the Process Office and cross-functional users who contribute or approve content, ensuring the Web Content Management platform served both process owners and downstream operational teams.
Governance and process restructuring were central to the rollout, with the Process Office owning policy, workflow definitions and continuous process analysis. The combined deployment of SYDLE One, BPMO Sydle One, R.A.P. and Chatbot reflects a coordinated approach to content governance and process automation at Normatel.
