Ramco Systems Legacy Ramco SCM Supply Chain Management SCM n/a 2014 2015
In 2014, Norske Skog implemented Ramco SCM, a Supply Chain Management application. The deployment targeted Norske Skog Australasia mills in Australia and New Zealand as part of a Ramco Cloud ERP rollout that integrated Asset Management and Financials. Configuration work emphasized inventory and spare parts management, aligning material master records and stock control with maintenance planning. Ramco SCM was configured to improve visibility of spare parts and materials across sites and to support inventory usage workflows and stock replenishment processes. The implementation integrated Ramco SCM with Asset Management and Financials modules to synchronize maintenance work orders, spare parts consumption and invoice processing. The architecture used a cloud ERP model to centralize transactional data while supporting operational execution at individual mills across Australia and New Zealand. Operational scope covered EAM, finance and operations functions within the Australasian mills, with governance focused on cross functional process alignment between maintenance, procurement and finance teams. The project modernized EAM, finance and operations and delivered improved spare parts and materials visibility and reduced operating and invoice processing overheads as reported.
