The implementation included inbound and outbound interfaces, migration of AR and AP custom interfaces and reports during the Oracle financials upgrade, and use of FNDLOAD to migrate concurrent programs, request sets and value sets. Governance and rollout followed Oracle Application Implementation Methodology AIM and Application Object Library implementation standards, with technical documentation produced as MD-70 based on functional MD-50. Configuration work included form personalization across financial and manufacturing modules, workflow orchestration within financial modules, and alignment to Procure to Pay and Order to Cash lifecycle processes to operationalize finance and procurement workflows.

Custom development and testing items included modification of an AP invoice hold custom package, descriptive flexfield modifications for customer information, and WAM customization testing. The technical footprint referenced Oracle Apps 12.2.5, Oracle 12c, PL/SQL and SQLPlus, and the implementation work aligned with concurrent Oracle Financials Cloud activities. Governance and operational support emphasized documented processes and testing, using BR100 documentation, user manuals and ALM automated test scripts to validate configurations prior to production. Post-deployment responsibilities included production support for Oracle PBCS and operational support activities such as month end processing, period close, reconciliation and reporting, maintaining continuity across payroll, finance and procurement functions.
