Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to address ERP Financial requirements across core financial management and project accounting workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project costing tied to professional services billing. Human Capital Management modules were implemented in parallel to manage workforce records, role based access, and workforce planning for a multi-country engineering and services organization. Professional Service Automation and project management functionality was configured for resource allocation, project budgeting, time capture and project based billing workflows.
The deployment followed a cloud first SaaS architecture to unify multi subsidiary ledgers and consolidate financial reporting across Australia and international operations. Integrations were scoped to connect Oracle Cloud ERP with project delivery workflows, workforce management touchpoints, and contract and subcontractor financial feeds to maintain a single source of financial truth. Technical configuration emphasized role based security, multi ledger currency handling and project centric dimensions to support diverse engineering, product and software business functions.
