In 2024 Nuvia Dental Implant Center implemented Zoho Meeting as part of a broader Zoho One consolidation, deploying Zoho Meeting as their Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution to address HIPAA compliance and decentralization across 30+ locations in the United States. The rollout of Zoho Meeting was positioned alongside other Zoho One applications to centralize communications, scheduling, and records while reducing the number of independent apps in use.
Zoho Meeting was configured to operate within Nuvia's Zoho Directory and Vault framework to enforce access controls and auditability for protected health information, and it was provisioned to interoperate with Zoho Calendar for appointment scheduling and Workdrive for storing meeting recordings and artifacts. The deployment aligned Zoho Meeting with Cliq for synchronous messaging and with Projects and Sprints for project driven workflows, enabling teams to launch location build projects and clinical development planning with embedded conferencing links.
Operational integrations extended to existing third party and customer engagement systems that Nuvia maintained, including GoHighLevel, an external Zoho Desk instance, and MessageMedia, ensuring conferencing sessions could be surfaced in patient support and outreach workflows. The implementation covered both clinical and non clinical functions, with usage spanning build out, development, support, and administrative teams across sites, and Zoho Meeting was used as the primary conferencing layer within that ecosystem.
Governance was enforced through centralized Directory based provisioning and Vault backed compliance controls, which reduced communication channel sprawl and HIPAA exposure when combined with the migration from Slack to Cliq. The consolidated Zoho platform eliminated many point solutions including Monday.com and Slack, improved collaboration and productivity, and supported stated outcomes such as saving more than 15,000 dollars per new location opening and freeing employees more than 12 hours per month through centralized information and automated timelines.
