Operational coverage extended across field trades and supervisors, enabling field technicians to update and close work orders in real time, and allowing supervisors to assign work remotely from mobile devices.
Governance emphasized role based access and a focused training approach to smooth adoption among skilled workers and supervisors. After one year the initiative reported millions of dollars in return on investment, thousands of labor hours saved from reduced manual data entry, improved public relations, and significant reductions in work order processing time, in some cases shortening six month delays to same day service.
