In 2024, NZI Services implemented WorkforceHub Time and Attendance to support its mobile field workforce. The deployment targeted a 24-person, on-the-go team and the HR/payroll area in the United States, positioning WorkforceHub Time and Attendance as the primary time capture and attendance control system.
WorkforceHub Time and Attendance was configured with mobile punching and geofencing capabilities, using a mobile-first rollout to enable in-field clocking and location-aware time validation. Configuration focused on mobile app adoption for technicians, geofence enforcement for site-specific time capture, and vendor support pathways to accelerate issue resolution.
Operational coverage centered on remote technicians and field sites across the US, with time records fed into weekly payroll processing workflows managed by HR and payroll staff. The implementation emphasized streamlined time capture and reduced manual reconciliation for payroll runs.
Governance consolidated timekeeping ownership within HR and payroll and relied on phased mobile-first adoption to minimize disruption to field operations. The mobile-first rollout improved timekeeping accuracy for remote technicians, delivered faster, more responsive vendor support compared with their prior provider, and cut weekly payroll processing time roughly in half.
