In 2015, Oasis implemented Unit4 Financials (ex CODA Financial) as its ERP Financial solution. The engagement supported the Finance Systems Team during an upgrade of the existing CODA finance system and its transition to a cloud based solution, with deployment focused on Oasis operations in the United Kingdom and central corporate finance functions.
Unit4 Financials (ex CODA Financial) was configured to address core ERP Financial capabilities, including a central general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, and period close orchestration. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts harmonization and financial reporting consolidation consistent with retail finance workflows and month end close sequencing.
The work centered on a cloud based deployment model and involved upgrade sequencing from the installed CODA components to the Unit4 Financials cloud instance, supporting data conversion and validation activities. Operational coverage targeted the Finance Systems Team and downstream accounting and reporting users, ensuring transactional processing and statutory reporting could be executed from the Unit4 Financials environment.
Governance was retained with the internal Finance Systems Team, which drove requirements, testing oversight, and cutover planning while receiving implementation support during the upgrade and cloud transition. The narrative reflects a finance centered ERP Financial implementation with emphasis on module configuration, data conversion, and operational cutover led by Oasis finance stakeholders.

In 2017, Oasis implemented Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. The retailer, operating in the United Kingdom with roughly 1,000 employees, provisioned a Microsoft 365 cloud tenant to consolidate core collaboration and productivity services across corporate and store-facing teams.
Deployment centered on Microsoft 365 capabilities including Exchange Online for enterprise email, Microsoft Teams for real time collaboration and meetings, SharePoint Online for intranet and content management, and OneDrive for Business for user file storage and sync. Microsoft 365 was also surfaced on their website, indicating public facing or embedded use of suite capabilities alongside internal adoption.
Operational coverage included merchandising, e-commerce, store operations, customer service and corporate functions, with user provisioning and role based access managed through the Microsoft 365 tenant. Governance emphasized centralized administration, security and compliance controls native to Microsoft 365, and standard collaboration workflows for document coauthoring, versioning and team communication.
The implementation positioned Microsoft 365 to serve as the integrated Collaboration layer for Oasis, consolidating email, content collaboration and real time communication across business functions while the tenant based architecture provided a single control plane for policy and user lifecycle management.
