Operational coverage spanned multiple national sites, providing federated access to intranet repositories and contact information across Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Integrations connected Mindbreeze InSpire to intranet sources and contact and HR information sources to present a single search interface across organizational boundaries, reducing manual cross system lookup. Governance centered on centralized search configuration and relevance management to standardize results and access across business units, with rollout placed into production in June 2014.
