In 2024 Ocean Key Resort & Spa implemented Actabl ALICE Suite as its Hospitality ERP, initiating an on-site property deployment at the Key West, Florida resort. The deployment centralized property management and guest service workflows under the Actabl ALICE Suite platform to support front desk and back-of-house operations.
Actabl ALICE Suite was configured to handle reservations-adjacent front desk processes, check-ins and check-outs, guest request tracking, and task routing for service fulfillment. Configuration emphasized workflow-driven task assignment, status tracking, and guest service orchestration to coordinate front desk agents, bellman and valet attendants, housekeeping, engineering, concierge, facilities, human resources, and food and beverage teams.
Operational use was focused on the single Key West property with on-site staff using the Actabl ALICE Suite to track and fulfill guest requests while prior operational tooling included InforHMS for reservations and arrival/departure processing. The implementation reflected Hospitality ERP operational terminology such as property management workflows, guest service orchestration, and cross-department task routing, aligning desk-level workflows with back-of-house response processes.
Governance and rollout were executed with on-site training for front desk agent trainees and bellman and valet attendants between Jan 2025 and Jun 2025, embedding standard operating procedures for arrival and departure handling and guest request fulfillment. Departmental ownership within the Actabl ALICE Suite was used to enforce task accountability and to coordinate service delivery across the resort.
