Operational coverage centers on sales and eCommerce operations within Switzerland, with governance built around a centralized catalog stewardship process and synchronized master data between Opacc ERP and Opacc CRM. Order routing and customer account workflows were adjusted to leverage the integrated storefront, ERP, and CRM data flows. The 2018 Opacc Online Shop implementation improved omnichannel ordering and conversion by delivering real time availability and unified product data across sales channels in Switzerland.
