In 2022, Ogrea implemented TravelLine as the customer-facing booking engine on its public website, deploying the application within its Reservation and Booking Management stack. TravelLine is embedded on https://www.hotelwestend.cz/ to capture direct bookings and to present availability, rates, and end-to-end booking workflows to guests, servicing online reservation flows for the property. The deployment is scoped to the hotel website and the reservations and front desk functions, centralizing online booking intake through the TravelLine interface.
The TravelLine implementation configures standard Reservation and Booking Management modules, including the booking engine, availability calendar, rate configuration, and reservation processing, with administrative controls exposed to the hotel reservations team. The architecture is realized as a web-embedded booking engine integrated into the site front end, with operational ownership assigned to reservations and front office staff and configuration managed via TravelLine administration interfaces. Functional impact centers on reservations processing, rate and availability management, and online storefront orchestration for direct guest bookings.
