In 2023, Okko implemented LMS Collaborator to build the OKKO University learning environment, a Learning and Development platform used for HR led onboarding, development and certification of both office and forecourt staff across Ukraine. The LMS Collaborator deployment anchored centralized course management and a branded learner experience for new hire and ongoing competency programs.
Configuration work emphasized adaptive onboarding programs, gamified incentives including a gift shop, certification management and multichannel communications to support training delivery. The implementation included role specific learning paths, curriculum sequencing and progress tracking to support distinct competency journeys for forecourt staff and corporate employees.
Integrations implemented with the LMS Collaborator included SSO for authentication, HR system connections for user provisioning and assignment, and SMS notifications for real time communications. The platform was provisioned for corporate offices and forecourt sites throughout Ukraine, aligning learning assignment and certification across operational and administrative functions.
Governance and operational ownership were centralized under HR through the OKKO University structure, with HR led onboarding and certification workflows governing content and learner progress. The 2023 rollout introduced adaptive onboarding, gamified incentives and multichannel communications, centralizing learning management and improving new hire adaptation.

In 2023, Okko deployed DeepCube DeepLoyalty to deliver digital receipts and loyalty interactions via bank apps across its Ukrainian retail and payments footprint. The deployment placed DeepCube DeepLoyalty into Okko's Customer Loyalty stack to increase card payment activity and to structure transaction-level CRM data for customer engagement.
The implementation used core Customer Loyalty capabilities including digital receipt generation, loyalty interaction orchestration, receipt-level analytics, and centralized loyalty profile management. DeepCube DeepLoyalty was configured to capture card payment signals, route receipt payloads into bank app channels for customer-facing engagement, and persist transaction and profile data to support targeted loyalty workflows.
Integrations explicitly included bank app channels and Okko's payments pipelines in Ukraine, aligning the platform to retail and payments CRM operational needs across sites. Governance focused on centralized receipt-level analytics to improve customer insights and to enable potential merchant monetisation opportunities from receipt-level data, outcomes reported in the implementation notes.
