Integrations were a focal point of the program, with explicit adoption and orchestration of business applications such as Celigo for integration automation and Salesforce for CRM alignment. The NetSuite deployment was instrumented to exchange transactional and master data with retailer partners, manufacturers, distribution centers, and third-party platforms to support global distribution across more than 100 countries and channels including retail partners such as Sephora, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale’s. Governance and operationalization were formalized under a Sr. Director of Technology who was charged with scaling technology programs, building IT operations and help desk support, and establishing compliance, privacy, and change management processes. The role included vendor management for SaaS platforms, roadmap execution for cloud-based hosting and reporting, and cross-functional partnership with finance, supply chain, commerce, and executive leadership to institutionalize controls and operational SLAs.

Operations also involved liaison activity with the PEO Insperity for benefits, payroll, and leave of absence inquiries, coordinating front end HR touch points with recruitment workflows. Governance and process changes included coaching hiring managers on equitable hiring practices, instituting standardized interview and evaluation procedures, and maintaining the HR intranet as the single source for hiring guidance. The rollout focused on building scalable hiring processes and systematizing offer to onboarding in partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership. Greenhouse ATS centralized Olaplex recruitment workflows as the Applicant Tracking System supporting talent strategy and operational scale.
