In 2018, Oliver Companies implemented Aptech PVNG Profitvue. The Hospitality Enterprise Accounting deployment upgraded the companys back office financial processes and provided web based, mobile access to company financials and property performance reports across its 18 properties in eight states. The implementation centralized accounting across two corporate offices and property accounting teams supporting full service conference hotels and limited service properties.
Aptech PVNG Profitvue was configured to deliver core modules including accounts payable, general ledger, accounts receivable, statistics, financials and bank reconciliation, with familiar browser navigation and a packaged chart of accounts and financial statements to simplify 11th edition compliance. The application preserved hotel accounting workflows while enabling mobile and remote access for executives and accounting staff.
PVNG was integrated with Aptechs Execuvue business intelligence through automatic nightly uploads of property data, providing same day property performance reporting for assets such as the Hampton Inn & Suites in Chandler Arizona. Mobile and browser based access let the CFO and finance team work from different offices or while traveling, and the system standardized nightly property data flows across the multibrand, multiproperty portfolio.
Aptechs implementation team helped Oliver Companies build standardized processes for all 18 properties and accounted for differences between full service conference properties and limited service hotels during the conversion from Aptech Profitvue. Oliver Companies reported intuitive field level navigation that reduced onboarding time for new accountants and enabled management to oversee operations remotely, delivering same day visibility into property performance.

In 2022, Oliver Companies implemented Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to host and operate its public website, aligning its web infrastructure with Application Hosting and Computing Services. The deployment centers on using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) capabilities to provide managed application hosting and compute resources for the company web presence, supporting content delivery and asset storage for the site.
Configuration work focused on rolling out managed compute and storage components and standard web hosting services within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The implementation leverages application hosting and computing capabilities to serve site content, persist media and static assets, and terminate secure web traffic, applying category-aligned practices for scaling and availability appropriate to a 50 employee leisure and hospitality business.
