In 2023 Olx Poland implemented Guuru CX Platform, deploying Guuru's Expert Community Advice capability to augment its Customer Experience for marketplace customer support in Poland. The Guuru CX Platform integrated with OLX Poland marketplace customer support CRM to surface tickets and escalate issues that require agent intervention, and it operated across buyer and seller support workflows in Poland. Governance was structured around trained community expert cohorts, escalation workflows from community responses to agents, and operational rules that provided 24/7 coverage during peak demand.
