In 2022, Omega Cargo Group Poland implemented Connecteam Employee Onboarding, an Onboarding application, and concurrently deployed the fLex platform to digitize quoting and booking across its Polish operations. The year 2022 anchors both initiatives, with the fLex project described as implemented in mid-December 2022 and the Connecteam Employee Onboarding deployment executed during the same calendar year.
Connecteam Employee Onboarding was configured to provide standard Onboarding capabilities including structured new hire workflows, task checklists, digital forms and e signature, training assignment and completion tracking, and compliance documentation for HR and field operations. The fLex implementation included explicit modules for Rate Management, Quote Management, fLex SPOT and Online Booking, reflecting a focus on quote-to-book workflows.
