SoftOne Technologies Legacy Soft1 Payroll Payroll HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Omonia Fc implemented Soft1 Payroll, a Payroll application, to centralize payroll processing for players and administrative staff at AC Omonia in Nicosia, Cyprus. The deployment used Soft1 Payroll to capture payroll provisions and detailed cost-center allocation across sporting and administrative cost lines. The implementation configured Soft1 Payroll modules for employee payroll calculations, player-specific remuneration handling, cost-center allocation and payroll provisions, enabling controlled recording of payroll liabilities and departmental chargebacks. Configuration work focused on payroll computation rules, provision posting routines and cost allocation mappings to align payroll accounting with internal cost centers. The Cyprus deployment was delivered by Conalto and covered AC Omonia operations in Nicosia, supporting finance and administrative payroll workflows. The project resulted in improved payroll accuracy, better cost tracking and stronger regulatory compliance.
