The project explicitly delivered the Chart of Accounts Project, and included analysis and configuration activities tied to cash, payable and receivable flows consistent with SunSystems financial management capabilities.
Technical scope included 20 inbound and outbound interfaces to other systems, reflecting a connected finance landscape rather than an isolated ledger, and integration touchpoints were mapped for end to end transaction flows. The programme also covered RAM AS400 Real Asset Management analysis, with proposals produced to inform a future strategic ERP solution for One Housing Group, indicating planning for tighter asset to finance integration.
Governance and delivery were organized around management and delivery of finance related projects within the Finance Transformation Programme, with phased rollout and version upgrade governance to Ver 6.3. Operational coverage centered on finance and asset management functions, and the work produced a cohesive implementation blueprint for Infor SunSystems as One Housing’s ERP Financial backbone.

In 2019 One Housing deployed Zellis ResourceLink for Payroll to handle end to end payroll processing across HR and payroll operations. The implementation used Zellis ResourceLink together with MyView employee self service to process payroll, manage onboarding and support monthly people reporting for operational teams including Supported Living.
Configuration work included back end changes and process mapping to align payroll schedules, absence management and reward workflows with existing HR procedures. Functional capabilities implemented centered on payroll calculation and processing, employee self service via MyView, absence management correspondence, contract and change of term administration, and support for TUPE data preparation.
Integrations and operational coverage were explicit, with Zellis ResourceLink operating alongside MyView and supporting submissions to the Office for National Statistics via regular people reporting. The HR Systems Manager and HR Assistant executed system configuration and mapping changes, and the platform was used to coordinate annual pay award activities affecting roughly 1500 staff in Supported Living and wider teams.
Governance and process transformation accompanied the rollout, with end to end process redesign, taskforce led improvement initiatives, manager training on systems and workflows, and HR led administration for absence and contractual communications. Operational outcomes documented in project activities included the resolution of overpayments and the addressing of long standing pay discrepancies during the coordinated annual pay award.

Configuration work centered on translating business requirements into OBIEE report and dashboard designs, mapping requirements to use cases, and preparing training manuals aligned to identified user journeys for Android and iOS mobile apps.
Operational coverage included coordination across business analysts, QA teams and business stakeholders spanning multiple departments and B2B user groups, with formal test planning for ST, SIT, UAT and E2E phases. The DataWarehouse OBIEE project was integrated into the broader testing and rollout cadence, with BA-led end-to-end test scenarios developed to validate reporting objects and data flows across platforms.
Governance and change control were formalized through Change Advisory Board and ECAB meetings, issuance of CAB agendas, and maintenance of a Change Schedule or Forward Schedule of Change. Change risks were identified, analysed and where necessary mitigation plans were put in place, and change requests were reviewed, approved and implemented following CAB governance.
The rollout included delivery of user training and support to various departments, coordination of defect resolution with development teams, and business change management led by the digital transformation team. Documentation outputs such as the business requirements document, business use cases, training manuals and end-to-end data flow diagrams supported ongoing Analytics and BI operations and handoff to operational teams.
