Operational coverage centered on clinical, nursing, case management and operations staff at the One Method Center site, with shift managers and supervisors using Kipu EMR for intake coordination, referral facilitation to community supports, transport and scheduling of off-site meetings, and staff training records. The Electronic Health Record supported multi-role access for clinicians and nursing personnel to maintain compliance and continuity across care transitions.
Governance emphasis in the rollout included adherence to regulatory documentation requirements, standardized workflows for intake, UA testing, medication administration supervision and discharge planning, and embedding training and onboarding records into the system.
