GoHire Platform was configured to provide core Recruiting capabilities including job posting, an applicant tracking pipeline, in-app messaging, candidate rating and tagging, and bulk feedback collection. The configuration emphasized candidate lifecycle management, with discrete pipeline stages and a star rating and tagging scheme used to identify skill clusters and internal candidate prioritization.
Integrations were implemented to connect the GoHire Platform to OneCoWork’s website careers page via API so applications submit directly into the ATS, and job postings are distributed to external job sites through the platform’s posting capabilities. Operational coverage spans hiring for multiple sites across Barcelona and supports end-to-end workflows from advertising through offer issuance, with communication and workflow actions executed inside the GoHire Platform.
Governance and process changes included formalizing pipeline stage monitoring, standardizing candidate communication through in-app messaging, and instituting bulk feedback loops to enable continuous hiring process refinement.
