Operational coverage was explicitly multi-state within Australia, and the system handled both transactional time capture and the handoff to payroll processing for external payroll software. Governance and operational workflows emphasized daily maintenance of the leave calendar, ongoing monitoring of employees' leave requests and leave credits, and production of daily and weekly reports for the client. Staff and management support was embedded in the operational model, with the implementation team responding to queries, requests, and messages from staff and management as part of routine operations.
