Grammarly Legacy Grammarly Natural Language Processing AI-Powered Application n/a 2023 2023
In 2023 OneSource Virtual implemented Grammarly Business to improve written customer support communications and expand consistent, on-brand messaging across the organization. The initial June 2023 deployment began in the United States with a pilot focused on customer support and then expanded company-wide to include HR and finance communications, reflecting OneSource Virtual Grammarly Natural Language Processing adoption across multiple business functions. Grammarly Business was configured to provide real-time grammar and clarity suggestions, tone detection, and brand style enforcement to standardize external customer interactions and internal HR and finance correspondence. These Natural Language Processing capabilities were applied to frontline support workflows to reduce variability in written responses and were extended to HR and finance for more consistent policy and payroll communications. Operational coverage concentrated on customer support agents first, then scaled to HR and finance teams, achieving reported adoption above 90 percent in the US deployment. Rollout followed a phased pilot then enterprise expansion pattern, enabling the company to embed Grammarly Business into standard employee writing workflows and governance for on-brand messaging. Governance and rollout emphasized configuration of organizational style rules and user policy enforcement while training prioritized high-contact functions. The implementation delivered reported outcomes including a 27x ROI and a 3.3 percent lift in CSAT, and it produced more consistent, on-brand customer interactions as measured by OneSource Virtual.
