In 2022 Agorapulse implemented Allego Conversation Intelligence to capture and analyze sales conversations for virtual selling, targeting faster deal progression and shorter ramp time for new sellers. The deployment explicitly supported sales/CRM enablement by surfacing the voice of the customer and embedding conversational insights into seller workflows.
Allego Conversation Intelligence was configured to record and transcribe virtual selling interactions, apply conversation analytics to identify buyer signals, and create a searchable library of calls for coaching and deal review. Processed conversation data was routed into sales enablement workflows and CRM facing artifacts to inform opportunity qualification and onboarding content, aligning analytics with sales coaching and pipeline management.
Rollout focused on the commercial organization in Europe with phased adoption for new seller onboarding and deal velocity use cases, pairing analytics outputs with enablement programs and manager-led coaching reviews. Outcomes highlighted in the Allego case study include improved deal velocity and faster onboarding through extraction of the voice of the customer, supporting reduced time to close and shorter ramp for new sellers.
