Operational integrations and system co usage are explicit in the environment, with quotations and purchase order automation routed through JDA and Ariba for third party suppliers, and finance reporting and margin analysis conducted in combination with Clover and Orisales alongside IFS ERP. Day to day accounting and transactional processing were coordinated with an external accounting service provider, aligning procurement, third party manufacturing costing and commercial localization processes into the IFS ERP flow. Governance and process changes centered on establishing month end and audit discipline, the internal audit, group audit and statutory audit processes, and a rolling forecast and budgeting cadence for the commercial division. The rollout included creation of local control processes to reduce data errors, implementation of a landed cost model and product costing in IFS, and program level initiatives such as the Made in India local sourcing model that delivered explicit margin improvement via product mix optimization and AIFTA related sourcing benefits.
