In 2025 Orozco's Auto Service US deployed 2talk FLIP in the PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems category to replace Spectrum Business voice lines across its Long Beach and Bellflower locations in California, United States. The deployment used 2talk FLIP as a POTS replacement and converted site voice into a cloud PBX architecture to consolidate calling and management across multiple locations. The project is scoped to cover shop front desks, service lanes and mobile staff communications for the automotive service business.
2talk FLIP was configured to provide core PBX capabilities including an auto attendant, voicemail to email delivery, mobile app access for staff calling, and centralized multi location management. The implementation consolidated feature rich digital calling into a single cloud control plane, enabling provisioning, DID assignment and outbound call routing from the 2talk FLIP platform. Standard small business telephony workflows were applied to map service desk extensions and technician mobile endpoints into the cloud PBX.
Operational governance centralized telephony administration under a single administrative tenancy, with configuration and user management performed through the 2talk FLIP portal for both Long Beach and Bellflower sites. Business functions impacted include front office communications, appointment scheduling and technician dispatching, all routed through the new PBX environment. The migration reduced monthly voice costs by approximately 65 percent while delivering voicemail to email, mobile access and centralized management as described.
