The connected workflow surfaces match status for individual GL accounts, which reduced manual reconciliation effort and advanced the calendar for completing reconciliations from prior timelines to mid-February ahead of the company’s regulatory audit deadline of May 31. Operational governance shifted to tighter close management and reconciliation controls within finance and accounting, with standardized close procedures and a reconciliations-first workflow supported by NetSuite and FloQast. The project centered on financial consolidation, GL integrity, and audit preparedness without introducing other enterprise application footprints.
