In 2019, Osgo deployed WeVideo for Video Editing to support content production across member training, marketing, events, and member services. The cloud-hosted WeVideo application was adopted by a core operations team of three, with the Member Advisor taking primary responsibility for creating training videos, promotional clips, and conference materials.
WeVideo was used for core video editing capabilities consistent with the Video Editing category, including timeline editing, sequencing, basic motion graphics, voiceover and export workflows. The Member Advisor used WeVideo to develop end-to-end online courses, handling research, script development, video production and final exports for publishing.
Operational integrations included uploading finished videos to a WordPress site and publishing assets to the company website and social media channels, supporting conference collateral and online training distribution. The implementation covered cross functional business functions, specifically marketing, member services and events, where video assets were applied to member recruitment, information leaflets and conference booklets.
Governance and workflow changes focused on an end-to-end content production process owned by the small operations team, with the Member Advisor training new staff on WeVideo workflows and version control for assets. Osgo used WeVideo as its central Video Editing tool to unify video creation, publishing and staff training processes across the business.
