Divide served as the SI VAR partner for the e commerce integration, and the architecture positioned tritonX Loyalty as the central profile store synchronizing transactions and membership state between web and point of sale. The rollout centralized membership governance and impacted marketing, CRM, e commerce operations and retail store workflows by administering tier rules, points accounting and coupon validation from the tritonX console.
