Operational coverage emphasized Finance, Supply Chain and fulfillment teams, with IT and application support providing ongoing reporting development and troubleshooting. The combined configuration, reporting instrumentation and device integration operationalized Manufacturing ERP workflows across commercial and logistics functions.
Governance centered on Finance and Supply Chain ownership of configuration and reporting, with IT maintaining application support and issue resolution. Jasper Reporting improvements to Financial Reports and barcode scanner driven fulfillment simplifications were implemented as part of the Infor M3 program.
