| Channelwill | Legacy | Channelwill Loloyal | Customer Loyalty | CRM | n/a | 2025 | 2025 |
In 2025, Ottocast implemented Channelwill Loloyal as a Customer Loyalty solution on their website. The deployment is a web first integration embedded in the public storefront to manage member enrollment, points accumulation, and reward redemption, using Channelwill Loloyal as the central loyalty engine.
Channelwill Loloyal was configured to deliver loyalty program management, member profiles and segmentation, a points and rewards engine, campaign management capabilities, and basic analytics and reporting. Configuration work focused on reward catalog setup, tier rules, enrollment and opt in flows, and redemption logic aligned with online checkout and account experiences.
The implementation integrated Channelwill Loloyal with Ottocast website front end and with checkout and account registration flows to surface member balances and apply rewards at point of sale. Operational ownership was assigned to marketing for campaign execution and to customer support for member servicing, with deployment oriented to support Ottocast operations in China.
Governance included staged rollout and validation cycles, campaign approval workflows owned by marketing, and data handling policies to manage member information and program configuration. The narrative centers on Channelwill Loloyal providing a web native Customer Loyalty capability that ties member lifecycle management to Ottocast online commerce and customer engagement functions.
