In 2016, Ozyegin University implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. The Administrative Applications Development team based at the Çekmeköy campus in Istanbul led application configuration and ongoing support during a program spanning mid 2015 through late 2017, aligning campus administrative systems with centralized financial processes.
The Oracle E-Business Suite deployment covered core financial modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and integrated HR components, together with i-Procurement and i-Expense modules. Workstreams included requirements analysis, solution design, system testing, go live execution, end user training, incremental feature delivery, and creation of operational and management reports.
Adjacent implementations were led in parallel, notably a Student Information System that handled debt follow up, scholarship follow up, collections, WebPOS payments integrations, invoicing, online dorm applications, and dorm assignment, with reporting and integrations to other campus systems. Multiple IBM BPM projects were developed for research project purchase forms, expense request forms, advance request forms, budget control, and instant budget viewing, all of which were integrated with the Oracle E-Business Suite to orchestrate approvals and automate financial posting flows.
Project governance was managed by university analysts acting as project leads, who owned end to end delivery and post go live support for financial, HR, student services, dorm operations, and research administration processes. The portfolio also included management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM XRM modules for technology transfer office project management and HR related workflows, run alongside the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial implementation without reported partner led integration.

| Moodle | Legacy | Moodle LMS | Learning and Development | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Ozyegin University implemented Moodle LMS as its Learning and Development application and deployed the platform on the university website to deliver course content and manage online instruction. Moodle LMS was provisioned to serve as the institutional learning environment for students and faculty, providing a web‑accessible delivery channel for teaching and learning activities.
The implementation emphasizes core Moodle capabilities typical of the Learning and Development category, including course management, user enrollment and role management, content delivery and resource libraries, assignment submission and grading workflows, quiz and assessment engines, and discussion forums for learner engagement. Configuration likely centers on course templates, role based access for instructors and students, and modular course structures to support semester based and continuing education formats.
Operationally the system is embedded on the university website so that course access and content delivery are routed through the institutional web presence, supporting academic departments and teaching staff in course administration and student access. Governance is oriented around centralized platform administration with distributed course ownership by instructors, using Moodle LMS as the primary Learning and Development tool for online coursework and instructional resource management.
