Connectivity was established to payer endpoints and payer routing logic was executed through the API submission pathway. Operationally the rollout prioritized rapid activation to resume billing, with revenue-cycle and finance teams executing triage and backlog processing workflows that transitioned to API-driven submission within days. Pair Team used Stedi Payers to resume claim processing within days and to process their entire backlog following the outage, restoring 837 throughput for Medicaid-funded claims. Governance attention focused on claims resubmission procedures and operational ownership in revenue-cycle to sustain continuous submission through the Stedi Payers Expense Management layer.
