The implementation integrated recruitment intake from CVWarehouse for candidate processing, and retained an operational link to Hiant for declaration of workplace accidents, while Kelio handled badge issuance and service provisioning for staff access and reductions cards management.
Operational scope focused on HR administration, interim and student workforce processes, occupational health coordination for medical visits, and administrative payroll inputs, with governance directed through HR managers and departmental evaluators. The rollout consolidated administrative processing for contracts and social benefits information into Kelio driven workflows, and embedded evaluation and medical visit triggers into operational procedures.

Qlik Sense operated alongside the estate of operational systems including Easi Adfinity Module PSM for inventory, Domino Trivec, Modulo Advensys, Kelio, Recreatex Gantner and intensive Excel usage. The implementation explicitly supported inventory and stock exit reporting sourced from the Easi Adfinity PSM rollout, and reporting workflows were designed to feed finance, logistics and commercial teams.
Governance and process work centered on embedding Qlik Sense outputs into the productivity committee for P&L analysis and cost control, and on adapting accounting processes during the launch of a new Hotels activity.
