Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Palantir Technologies implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform to centralize finance operations for the company’s finance organization. The project concentrated on core financials and accounting and reporting capabilities, while also provisioning procurement tooling, treasury and tax functionality and master data management workflows within Oracle NetSuite ERP. Configuration and program governance included a fully virtual testing regimen, with a Testing Lead role that drove the NetSuite implementation to go live one week before Palantir’s direct listing. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts alignment, period close workflows, intercompany accounting configuration and data model stabilization for downstream reporting. Integrations were executed as part of master data management and systems orchestration, working with Mule Developers and finance stakeholders to integrate finance systems and automate finance workflows. The program also ran a Coupa CLM implementation as a cross functional effort, coordinating Legal, Information Security, FP&A, Procurement and Internal Audit to align contract and procurement lifecycle processes with the ERP Financial core. Program management established intake and compliance tracking infrastructure using Jira in partnership with system architects, enabling standardized project intake, testing coordination and change management for finance applications. Governance combined centralized program management, testing leadership and cross functional stakeholder forums to maintain control over configuration, data integrity and compliance during rollout and ongoing support.

Employ Legacy Lever by Employ Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Palantir Technologies implemented Lever by Employ as its Applicant Tracking System. The deployment is embedded directly into Palantir's careers pages, using Lever's web-hosted application form and job posting framework to capture candidate applications via the company website. Lever by Employ was configured to support core applicant tracking workflows consistent with an Applicant Tracking System, including job requisition publishing and public career site sourcing. The configuration covers application intake, candidate pipeline stage management, interview coordination, and offer tracking as part of the recruiting lifecycle. Operational ownership is assigned to Palantir's talent acquisition and recruiting teams, with the careers site serving as the primary intake channel for external applicants. Governance focused on standardizing job posting templates and candidate stage definitions to align hiring processes across teams, while the cloud-hosted Lever implementation reduced the need for on-premise infrastructure.

Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite SuiteFlow Business Process Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2020
In 2019, Palantir Technologies implemented Oracle NetSuite SuiteFlow to formalize workflow automation across its finance organization. The Oracle NetSuite SuiteFlow rollout focused on Business Process Management capabilities for expense and accrual processing, month end close orchestration, and reconciliation control automation. The implementation configured SuiteFlow to deliver structured close checklists, a close calendar, and reconciliation templates that standardized month and quarter end activities. Functional modules and capabilities included automated expense and accrual workflows, approval routing for accounts payable, and orchestration of close tasks tied to financial reporting and SOX control documentation. The deployment also supported construction of cloud cost finance workflows to consume and classify Amazon, Google, and Azure cost data into GAAP categories such as cost of revenue, R and D, sales and marketing, and general and administrative. SuiteFlow was integrated into an existing finance systems landscape, with explicit interfacing and process handoffs involving Coupa expense and procurement feeds, Workday payroll outputs, and reporting inputs used by FP and A and technical accounting. The program coordinated with internal stakeholders in Legal, IT, Business Development, Travel, Marketing, AP, and Tax, and supported statutory audit activities across more than 20 countries. Deloitte consultants participated in a broader NetSuite reimplementation effort in 2020 and 2021, which included SuiteFlow configuration changes aligned to enterprise control requirements. Governance and process changes included formalized close workflows, revised reconciliation procedures, and remediation of Procure to Pay and month end control deficiencies to meet SOX requirements. Explicit outcomes documented during and after the SuiteFlow initiative included reduction of the month end close by three days in 2019, a later reduction of close time from ten days to five days, successful delivery of first year public company audit activities in 2021, and the establishment of automated NetSuite workflows that fed downstream tax and financial planning use cases.
