In 2014, Palm Hills Developments deployed eight TimeTec FingerTec TA200 Plus terminals at its Smart Village head office. The TimeTec FingerTec TA200 Plus installation, a Time Clock (Hardware) solution, integrated clocking data with payroll and centralized attendance management to automate workforce time capture. Deployment was executed by Jax Apex Technology and focused on on-site terminal provisioning and central attendance aggregation.
The implementation centralized terminal-to-server attendance collection, enabled automated export of attendance data into payroll systems, and provided consolidated clocking records for HR and payroll teams. Operational scope covered the Smart Village head office with configuration oriented toward employee clock-in and clock-out workflows and attendance export processes. The project reduced manual attendance processing and established a controlled attendance data feed into payroll, simplifying attendance administration and payroll preparation.
