| Intuit | Legacy | Intuit QuickBooks Online | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2007 | 2009 |
In 2007, Panda Security implemented Intuit QuickBooks Online as an ERP Financial solution to support core finance and office operations. The deployment targeted accounts receivable and sales administration tasks while also supporting deposit processing, payroll check printing, time sheet recording, appointment scheduling, and routine data entry workflows used by customer service and back office staff.
Intuit QuickBooks Online was configured to manage invoicing, deposit posting, collections follow up, and ad hoc sales administration activities, aligning bookkeeping records with daily office procedures. Functional use included running accounts receivable cycles, printing payroll checks as needed for payroll processing, and maintaining customer balance records to support outbound collections and customer contact workflows.
The implementation operated alongside ADP Payroll and a Salesforce program used for verification of accounts, creating an operational stack where payroll data and account validation workflows were coordinated with financial bookkeeping. Operational coverage centered on customer service teams and sales administration staff who executed AR, reconciliations, and collections outreach, with QuickBooks Online serving as the central financial ledger for these activities.
Governance emphasized routine reconciliation and collections processes executed by finance and customer service, integrating time sheets and data entry tasks into financial workflows. The narrative reflects a deployment that centralized AR and sales admin capabilities in Intuit QuickBooks Online while interoperating with ADP Payroll and Salesforce for account verification and payroll related functions.

In 2013, Panda Security implemented ADP Payroll as its primary Payroll application to manage payroll processing for a 930 employee professional services firm. The deployment centralized core payroll activities including payroll calculation, check printing, and bank deposit orchestration, with ADP Payroll explicitly used to handle regular pay runs and payroll record keeping.
Configuration emphasized high volume data entry and timesheet processing to support daily office procedures. ADP Payroll was used alongside structured verification workflows, with staff performing data entry, timesheet validation, appointment scheduling, and payroll check preparation as part of the configured operational routine.
Integrations included a Salesforce program used for verification of accounts, supporting reconciliation and validation workflows that intersected with payroll and accounts administration. QuickBooks was retained for accounts receivable and sales administration tasks, where staff made deposits, managed AR entries, and contacted customers on outstanding balances while ADP Payroll continued to handle compensation and payroll ledger duties.
Operational scope spanned customer service, HR payroll operations, and finance teams, with governance implemented around daily timesheet submission, account verification through Salesforce, and manual processes for deposits and printed payroll checks. The implementation narrative centers on ADP Payroll providing payroll processing capabilities within a composite toolchain that included Salesforce for account verification and QuickBooks for AR and sales administration.

| Visma | Legacy | Visma Retail Suite | Retail Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2007 |
In 2016 Panda Security implemented Visma Retail Suite as its Retail Management platform. The deployment supported both SaaS cloud and on-premise delivery models and aligned with Product Management responsibility for the corporate portfolio across Sweden and later Finland.
The Visma Retail Suite implementation centered on integrated CRM and ERP reporting workflows, with Visma CRM as the customer engagement layer and MS SQL as the primary database platform. The project provisioned Visma SPCS ERP access through MS SQL to enable direct management reporting in Excel, and established Excel dashboards used for pricing, forecasting and product launch planning. Product Management retained responsibility for pricing, pre-sales questions and marketing, embedding these commercial workflows into the Retail Management configuration.
Operational integrations included Visma CRM and Visma SPCS accessed via MS SQL, creating a data pipeline used for ad hoc extraction and standardized reporting. The implementation supported corporate functions such as Product Marketing, Sales pre-sales, Finance reporting and Forecasting, with operational coverage in Sweden and subsequently Finland. PCM acted as the concessionaire representing Panda Security in Sweden and was acquired and fully integrated into Panda Security during this timeframe.
Governance emphasized centralized data extraction and SQL-driven reporting, with the Product Management team acting as the system owner for CRM, databases and management reporting processes. During the implementation Panda Security transformed toward a cloud company, and the organization established internal expertise for data extraction and Excel-based dashboards from MS SQL to support ongoing Retail Management operations.
