The deployment established centralized scheduling governance and mobile workflow access for flight crews and ground teams, enabling orchestration between maintenance windows and crew duty planning. The deployment aimed to improve productivity, increase aircraft availability and deliver real-time operational visibility, with Crew Scheduling explicitly cited in the program scope. Implementation focused on unifying scheduling and operational processes across the two airline entities to support coordinated flight and maintenance operations.
