The implementation included scheduled code deployments that configured over 250 high profile petroleum POS sites for back office operations and site-level transaction processing across Esso, Canadian Tire, Loblaws, Parkland, and Husky branded locations. Bulloch Petroleum POS was configured with core back office modules focused on terminal configuration, transaction capture, and tax compliance automation. The implementation included a bespoke automation workflow to generate and process First Nations Tax exemption forms in Canada, and ongoing software enhancements were delivered to improve user experience and functional stability. Operational scope emphasized back office finance and retail forecourt operations, with the application serving point of sale transactions, tax exemption handling, and site configuration management. Functional terminology in use included transaction capture, terminal scripting, tax exemption workflow automation, and configuration scheduling consistent with Point Of Sale operational practices. Governance and rollout followed a code scheduled deployment model, where scripted software packages were executed to provision site configurations and apply iterative enhancements. Continuous enhancement of Bulloch Petroleum POS was part of the operational lifecycle, with iterative releases to refine usability and expand functionality across the deployed site estate.
