In 2017 Partnered Health, formerly Fullerton Health Australia, deployed ReconArt integrated with Oracle NetSuite ERP to address accounts receivable reconciliation within its ERP Financial environment. The initiative targeted Fullerton Health Medical Centres, a network of more than 60 clinics across metropolitan and regional Australia, and centralized reconciliation responsibilities within the financial controlling team.
The implementation emphasized rule driven end to end automation for AR reconciliation, leveraging ReconArt capabilities for data transformation and enrichment, scheduled file imports, automatic matching by preconfigured criteria, and automated journal entry creation. The solution supports one to one, grouping, and one to many matching relationships and is configured to handle instalment splits, timing delays, transaction fees, overpayments and underpayments while preserving audit trails.
Integration architecture linked ReconArt to Oracle NetSuite ERP so that matched payment data and generated journals flow into the NetSuite general ledger, with location identification cross checks to allocate receipts to the legal entity that issued the invoice. An approval workflow is implemented both inside ReconArt and inside NetSuite to ensure bank receipts are posted to the GL with controlled booking logic.
Operationally the reconciliation team shifted focus from manual matching to exception investigation, using automated classification, aggregation and filtering of exceptions by type and aging to prioritize work. Governance changes included embedded checkpoints to reduce double entries and technical posting errors, and configuration that enforces location level allocation for multi entity revenue collection scenarios.
The program delivered a very high level of AR automation, producing productivity gains and time savings for the financial operations team, and provided a scalable, flexible reconciliation platform that integrates with Oracle NetSuite ERP to improve reporting accuracy and visibility of critical receivable data. ReconArt was reported as easy to learn, maintain and change, which supported ongoing process refinement by business users.
