Neon One Legacy Neon CCM Case Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Partnership 4 Kids implemented Neon CCM from Neon One to support mentoring and education programs. Neon Client & Case Management serves as their Case Management platform and has been in use since October 2014 to consolidate participant records and operationalize program workflows for youth services in Omaha. Functional use centers on running mentoring programs and managing participants, volunteers and scholarships, with configured modules for participant profiles, program enrollment, volunteer management and scholarship tracking. The deployment includes outcome reporting capabilities used to produce evaluation reports tied to program cohorts and graduation tracking, and Neon CCM is used to generate the outcome reports referenced by program staff. Operationally the system supports program staff, volunteer coordinators and scholarship administrators, centralizing case notes, attendance records and outcome metrics to standardize reporting and evaluation workflows. Partnership 4 Kids reports improved data quality and evaluation capabilities since adopting Neon CCM, and cites the system as a supporting factor for program growth and on time high school graduation outcomes.
