The Fotaflo Platform was deployed as a cloud hosted application embedded into discover.pt to capture guest leads and automate customer engagement for the Portugal based leisure and hospitality operator with 17 employees. Implementation emphasized on-site capture and automated content delivery, converting website interactions into campaign workflows and scheduled communications within the Marketing Automation environment. The deployment scope was single site, focused on marketing driven guest acquisition and post‑booking engagement processes.
Configuration work centered on standard Marketing Automation capabilities, including web lead capture forms, campaign templates, automated email sequences, audience segmentation logic and scheduled delivery workflows. Operational ownership was assigned to marketing and guest services teams, with governance established around content approval, campaign cadence and iterative campaign monitoring.
